JUDY BREVAIRE, LMFT

CLINICAL DIRECTOR

I have worked in the mental health field for over 40 years, specifically with juvenile justice involved youth and their families in both AZ and CA. Throughout my career I have provided mental health services and directed groups, individual, couples, and family treatment. I have provided trauma-informed (Attachment, Regulation, Competency—ARC), culturally sensitive therapeutic interventions, and provided consultation and supervision to therapists. I have directed specialty services working with youth with sexual behavior problems, directed a placement assessment center for LA County Probation and conducted a myriad of trainings.

I joined the Quality-of-Life Integrated Health and Research Center’s team in February 2025 as the Clinical Director and provide individual, couples and family counseling in addition to facilitating various groups along with supervising interns. I pride myself on being trauma informed, organized, flexible, caring, attuned, and culturally sensitive. I integrate various theoretical approaches and techniques.

It would be my honor to be a part of your journey of healing.

At Quality of Life Integrated Health Center, we truly understand how overwhelming life changes can feel. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, coping with addiction, or facing major transitions like career shifts, loss, or relationship challenges, it’s normal to feel uncertain, stressed, or even alone. These moments can shake your sense of stability and make it hard to see a clear path forward.

We want you to know that you don’t have to face these challenges by yourself. Our compassionate, licensed providers are here to listen without judgment and walk alongside you every step of the way. We recognize that each person’s experience is unique, and we tailor our evidence-based behavioral health services to meet your individual needs, pace, and goals.

You can trust that your privacy and confidentiality are our top priorities. We create a safe, supportive space where you can share openly and honestly, knowing your story will be treated with the utmost respect and care.

  • Goal: Build resilience
  • Outcome: Discover hope-even when life feels overwhelming
  • Approach: Work together collaboratively
  • Vision: A brighter, healthier future
  • Method: Progress one step at a time

If you are suffering, please ask for help.

We know that many Arizonans are facing difficult and challenging times. With the outbreak of COVID-19, our world was been turned upside down. As a result, we continue to see many times the typical incidence of anxiety and depression. We have found that this need can be particularly severe in patients being treated for chronic pain. To meet that need, we had contracted with evolvedMD in Phoenix to provide behavioral counseling via telehealth.

As we anticipate Medicare terminating payments for telehealth at the end of 2024 we realized we needed to make alternate arrangements. We also hear from patients that they would prefer to be seen by counselors in person. As a result, we will end our arrangement with evolvedMD in June. At that time, we suggest that you contact one of the providers on our resource sheet
